What we collect
When you call, text, or submit a project request, we may collect contact details, property address, project description, timing, property information, photos, documents, communication preferences, and technical data needed to protect the form from abuse.
How we use it
We use the information to respond, assess service fit, prepare a scope or estimate, schedule work, document a job, collect payment, support warranty requests, improve operations, and comply with legal or insurance duties. We do not sell project photos or personal information.
Photos and file storage
Uploads are stored privately and are not given public file links. Do not upload IDs, payment-card data, medical records, access codes, or images of people who have not consented. Project photos are not used publicly without separate permission.
Service providers and retention
Information may be processed by website hosting, customer-management, communication, payment, accounting, and security providers as needed to deliver the service. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, contract, warranty, tax, insurance, dispute, and legal purposes.
Your choices
You may ask to correct contact information, stop marketing messages, or request deletion where no contract, tax, warranty, insurance, safety, or legal duty requires retention. Transactional project messages may still be necessary while work is active.
